The Spring Summer 17 Trend Report.

From Paris, New York. Milan, London and even Tokyo’s fashion weeks, here are the most important trends I gathered for you if you wish to flaunt a killer look for some fun in the sun this year.

1- What’s next after bralettes?

Over a buttoned shirt, checked, wrapped around and molded, in leather, with prints and frills, after the major appearence of the lingerie trend last season, here comes the bralettes mixed and matched with other layers on Prada, Alexander Wang, Mc Queen and Victoria Beckham’s catwalk.

2-Sugarcoated Pink.

Not pastel pink nor bubblegum. Hot flashy fuchsia definitely caught everyone’s attention on the Parisian runways; in a form of a tulle evening gown at Hermes, leather mackintosh at Bottega Veneta, a beautiful cape dress combo at Valentino… sweeter than candy!

3-Shirts gone wrong!

Apparently messy things are the latest trend now! I always knew my life is very avant garde!

Enjoy experimenting with your shirt by doing the buttons up wrong. yes, you read that right. And to be more precise, the Marques Alemeida, Victoria Beckham and Alexander Wang way.

4-Eighties Power.

We will all go through our mothers vintage oversized silhouettes this season, and that’s a trend I absolutely love! The revival of the eighties came with vintage brooches at Joan Collins runway, draped velvet mini dresses at YSL and with power shoulders at Balenciaga.

5-Dress em’ up sportswear.

Designers played dress em up with the most unexpected garments this season. At Dior, sportswear were taken to a whole new level with Maria Grazia Chiuri. At Gucci, they were mixed and matched in a very eclectic way with floral ball gowns and statement accessories, and at Versace, a more laid back minimal approach.

6-Ruffles Revised.

Unusual fabrics were associated with ruffles this season to give them a more modern approach, perfectly tailored at Alexander Mc Queen in leather and printed roses, lightly drawn with linen the Erdem style and sequined at Preens. But unfortunately ruffles are still not my favorite thing!

7-Ballerina touch.

I personally like to experiment with tulle skirts and dresses and dress them casually with t-shirts with messages and sneakers just liked it was spotted many times at the streets of all the fashion weeks and signed by Dior.
